Staff Changes

Events

Karlo, our Physiotherapist, is holding a ‘Meet the Physio’ Sessions on Thursday mornings throughout November. These sessions are for anyone to attend, to receive advice on their condition and how it might be treated. There’s no need for an appointment, and they are FREE!

These sessions are available every Thursday, between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.

Samantha, our clinical lead, has a special interest in paediatrics, and is also a trained infant feeding coach. Sam is also holding a free walk in sessions on the below dates and times. These sessions are for babies and infants. These sessions are also for anyone to attend, no need for an appointment! And they are FREE!

These sessions are available on Tuesday 07/11 and Tuesday 21/11, both between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. 

Quality Scores

We launched a new survey for monitoring quality within the clinic back in the spring. With six months of results under our belt, we are pleased to report the scores for Q2/3. In the six months to 30th September, 97.2% of our respondents rated our care very good or better, while 84.7% rated our reception services good or better. We're listening to your feedback and working hard to improve.

Our survey system contacts patients at various points after they start care with us and unfortunately only 13% of surveys were completed at the final 90-day checkpoint. To improve this, we'll be offering a £5 treatment credit to patients who complete all their surveys this quarter. Keep an eye out for yours!

Upcoming Offers

We are aware that Black Friday is returning on the 24th November. How exciting, everyone loves a good deal! For the first time, we have decided to offer our own deal here at Kube Medical. This deal will be published live to book on Black Friday, 24/11/23. You will not want to miss out!

Now, moving on to Christmas. We know, SCARY! If you are looking for the perfect Christmas gift, see our new £20 Gift vouchers! These can be purchased at our reception desk from today and will be valid for 3 months from purchase date.

We also know that Christmas is such an expensive time of year so we have been working on some amazing new projects to make treatments more affordable and some incredible offers to be shared with you through December! This will be advertised through Kube Medical's very own 12 Days Of Christmas.
