We’re into the Christmas countdown as the year draws to a close. Here’s the final update for the year from the team at Kube Medical.

Black Friday

Our special Black Friday Physiotherapy offer closes at 8am on Saturday 30th November. Book a New Patient, Reactivation or Review Physiotherapy appointment for just £30 via our online diary.

Advent Offers

If our Black Friday offer isn’t for you, you won’t have to wait long for our next special offer. We’ll be launching a special offer or giveaway on our Facebook and Instagram pages daily from 1st-24th December. Follow us to see the offers.

Opening Hours

We’ll be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. The rest of the holiday period, we’ll be open during our normal working hours. However, many of our practitioners are taking time off, so please book your treatment in early to make sure you get your appointment.

Product of the month - Bottle of Vitamin D3 & K2 Liquid 30ml

What does Vitamin D3 do?

Vitamin D3 plays a vital role in our bone health. Without this vitamin, we cannot absorb calcium from our diet which is essential for strong bones and teeth, as well as a healthy, balanced immune system.

Low vitamin D levels are very common in the UK population during the winter months. Strong sun (over UV3 index) to exposed skin with no sun lotion on can produce up to 20,000 iu in 30 mins. This can only happen in the UK in the summer from April to September, 11AM-4PM (your shadow needs to be shorter than you to make vitamin D). Our 4000 iu sub-lingual tablets are like a daily dose of 5 minutes of strong sunshine.

Why is vitamin K2 added?

When vitamin D levels are optimal you maximally absorb calcium from your diet. Vitamin K2 effectively turns on bone cells which then pull calcium into the bone, which is critical for long term bone strength and density.

All the best,
