Erika graduated with a Masters in Chiropractic (MChiro) from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2017 and obtained her LRCC from the Royal College of Chiropractors in 2018. Outside the clinic, Erika enjoys an active lifestyle. She is passionate about maintaining her health through hiking, cycling, and being outdoors, especially on her motorcycle. Although she stopped being a professional musician when she became a chiropractor, Erika still plays the flute, piano, double bass, and bass guitar for personal enjoyment. She performs with a concert band and loves listening to live music, especially jazz, often travelling far and wide, even as far as Paris, to attend gigs.

Meryl earned her Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost) from Swansea University in Wales, where she studied from 2016 to 2020. Her education and training have equipped her with a solid foundation in osteopathic principles and techniques, allowing her to deliver high-quality care to her patients.
Working as an Osteopath in both the UK and New Zealand has provided Meryl with a diverse range of experiences, enriching her practice and broadening her perspective. She holds a Master’s in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from the University of Central Arkansas in Arkansas, United States of America and a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from Sancheti Institute College of Physiotherapy in Pune, India. Pearl’s commitment to her field is reflected in her work with high-performing athletes, including the Indian Women’s Kabaddi team at the Asian Games 2023 in China and the Indian Para Badminton team at the World Championship 2022 in Tokyo, where she played a pivotal role as the Head Physiotherapist in securing gold medals and fostering peak athletic performance.
Pearl specializes in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sports-specific training programs, integrating advanced techniques such as mobilization, manipulation, myofascial release, dry needling and taping. Will is a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. He graduated from the University of Winchester with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2024. William’s enthusiasm for musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy began during his university studies, and he is particularly keen on developing his manual therapy skills.
Throughout his academic journey, William has actively participated in numerous PhysioFirst events and served as a student ambassador for PhysioFirst, strengthening his knowledge and experience in the private sector. He has also earned several additional certifications, including sports taping, kinesiology taping, a Level 3 Sports Massage Diploma, and pitch-side first aid, working in his own clinic during his studies.
He also served as a Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant at Eastleigh and Chandlers Ford ICT and at Great Western Hospital (GWH), where he assisted in the rehabilitation of stroke patients and conducted falls assessments and equipment reviews.

Outside of the clinic, William leads an active lifestyle. He has consistently trained at the gym for over 2.5 years and participates in Hyrox training. His fitness knowledge helps him effectively demonstrate and prescribe exercises to his clients. Additionally, William is a registered NRA coach with over five years of rifle target shooting experience and holds full UK firearms and shotgun certificates.
Issie graduated from Hartpury University in 2021 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy. She has a particular interest in treating sports injuries, working with various rugby and football teams, including All Golds rugby league. Her dissertation focused on the relationships between biomechanical screening scores and injury incidence in male championship rugby players. She supplemented her studies, gaining further qualifications in personal training and sports massage.
Issie initially came to her career through an interest in anatomy and physiology, though her passion deepened through an injury she sustained when at university. This gave her much deeper appreciation of the patient journey through her own recovery, focusing on the psychological aspects of recovery from long-term chronic injury.
Issie is supplementing her training with a masters in Physiotherapy at Cardiff University to bring in a greater understanding of neurological aspects of long-term injury.
Away from the clinic, Issie is an avid horse-rider and rugby fan. She is an Exeter Chiefs fan, and enjoys riding racehorses and eventing.
